Emergency medical services are a vital component of healthcare system. Nurses are on the
front lines of patient care, effective emergency and trauma care requires the establishment of
comprehensive, tailored training program, implementation of trauma quality improvement
and review processes in emergency departments. Society aims to impart hands on skill based
training to nurses and paramedical personnel and emergency medical technician deployed in
ambulances with the requisite skills and knowledge to manage emergencies of all kinds in
